Getting Started

Please come to any of the scheduled classes!  All fitness levels are welcome.  Please join us and if needed, a scaled option of the workout will be provided for you.  Performing baseline assessments (functional movement screening, strength, endurance, etc.) is highly recommended to measure improvements, to stay injury-free, and to enhance performance.

If you have any specific goals, or concerns, please inform the coaches and extra assistance will be given.

Weekly Training and the WOD (Workout of the Day)

Specifics for each WOD will be listed each day, and possibly ahead of time. Please visit the homepage each day to view the WOD or weekly training assignments.
